I am a visual/graphic/web designer living in Oklahoma. I have been designing for over 12 years professionally. I started with a local newspaper and have since worked for a publishing company, 2 advertising agencies and where I currently am now Creative Labs.
About Me:
I've been in the web development part of the industry for 6 years. Concepting a marketing campaign, or figuring out how to code the back end are both passions of mine. I'm extremely organized, infatuated with details, and driven by learning new skills.
Although I am truly a designer, programming has always been a very important part of the big picture to me. I get a high level of satisfaction from taking a personal project from the concept to completion. Being a graphic designer has enhanced my programming skills by helping me think more creatively and abstractly about code. Programming has made my graphic design skills stronger by allowing me to see the complete picture, so I can embrace the internet's limitations, and take advantage of new technologies.

Where does the Monet come from? It is my middle name and has been my online "handle" since the web was a string of gray html pages. When I was searching for a site name using Monet seemed rather natural to me.
